Modern INFINITI of Winston-Salem is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our talented team of automotive sales and service professionals.
Whether you have years of sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding career in automotive sales, we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the vehicle that fits their needs while building relationships that last. You'll:
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive.
• Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's needs, preferences, and goals.
• Guide customers through vehicle options and confidently explain product features, performance, benefits, and available equipment.
• Demonstrate vehicles and invite customers to experience them firsthand through test drives.
• Stay current on new models, features, accessories, and automotive technology so you can provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Follow our proven sales process and use the tools and resources provided to help you reach your goals.
• Build lasting relationships by putting the customer first and delivering the high level of service Modern is known for.
What We're Looking For
You don't have to be an automotive expert to succeed here. Prior sales experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're looking for people who bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate is:
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Accountable and committed to following through.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed.
• Willing to follow a proven process while bringing your own personality and energy to the customer experience.
• Persistent and resilient—you don't give up when things get challenging.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• In possession of a valid driver's license.
