In this on-site role in Arlington, Texas, you will perform maintenance and repairs to industrial equipment throughout the plant. For 75 years, this location has produced sprockets, gears, and other core products that drive customers' machinery, worldwide. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, our team helps keep industries moving by manufacturing the products our customers depend on every day.
Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
The Value You'll Add
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and wear required PPE
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Order parts, maintain inventory levels, and track maintenance-related spending
• Track downtime, prepare basic reports, and use Excel and maintenance software effectively
• Support other departments and complete additional tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring - Requirements
• Experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to work with single-phase and 3-phase wiring, including 110V, 220V, and 480V
• Safe use of industrial power tools and basic measuring tools
• Basic math, communication, and English reading/writing skills
• Ability to handle heavy parts and equipment, stand for the full shift, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Reliable, accurate, and able to work well with others
Considered a Plus!
• Prior experience and knowledge of electrical controls
• Knowledge of basic machining practices and general mechanical systems
