What You Will Create
• Personalized salon experiences by delivering exceptional hair services, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, natural nail care, and relaxing hand and foot massages tailored to each guest's preferences.
• Meaningful guest relationships through thoughtful consultations, professional recommendations, and genuine conversations that inspire confidence and encourage return visits.
• Beautiful results by combining technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail while helping every guest look and feel their very best.
• Elevated wellness experiences by recommending professional products, treatments, and salon services that complement each guest's lifestyle and individual goals.
• A polished and inviting salon environment by maintaining immaculate workstations, following all sanitation and sterilization protocols, and ensuring every treatment space reflects Forbes Four-Star presentation standards.
• Safe, efficient operations by inspecting tools and equipment, maintaining inventory readiness, and completing daily, weekly, monthly, and end-of-shift cleaning responsibilities, including proper linen handling.
• Innovative salon offerings by staying current on emerging beauty trends, techniques, products, and industry advancements that elevate the guest experience.
• The continued success of the Spa & Salon Team by supporting special projects, collaborating with fellow associates, following treatment protocols, and contributing wherever needed to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications
• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required.
• One year of professional cosmetology experience preferred.
• Experience providing professional hair and nail services in a salon, spa, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current cosmetology techniques, products, sanitation practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent guest service, consultation, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to perform repetitive upper-body movements throughout the workday, including prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and bending.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal business needs.
