This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs). The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville, WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Interest in apparel color development, textiles, product creation, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain and organize color standards, libraries, and reference materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform detailed quality checks and ensure accuracy.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and apply color management processes and Color Sphere standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Flexible and demonstrates a positive attitude.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Must successfully pass the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Color Vision Test.
