• This opportunity is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support projects that strengthen supply and demand planning processes, including best practices, KPIs, procedures, and work instructions.

• Create and update AX system work instructions, assist with training efforts, and help improve the flow of materials and information across the supply chain.

• Partner with the Supply Chain team to maintain planning applications through data validation, system updates, report generation, and business analysis.

• Analyze ERP data, including materials, inventory, forecasts, work orders, and production information, to develop reports and recommendations that enhance supply chain performance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and optimizing planning and material utilization processes.

• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities, including data gathering, demand analysis, fulfillment measurement, and cross-functional integration efforts.

• Gain exposure to key areas of the KENT supply chain by supporting projects related to procurement, transportation, contract administration, ERP systems, and inventory management.

• Demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety by following, communicating, and supporting safety policies and practices across all work environments.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working towards a degree in Supply Chain Management, related Business or Engineering Degree

• A data-driven approach to problem solving

• Word, Excel and Access skills

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Strong analytical skills

• Must be able to analyze data and draw conclusions for follow-up reporting
