Job Summary:

Maintain accurate inventory control records and reporting systems for the Merchandise Division to ensure product information is disseminated in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurately process production inventories and ensure production costing forms are current and entered into the system.

• Prepare and enter JDE Purchase Orders; receive Pronto Purchase Orders shipping directly to the park.

• Set up and maintain inventory items; run reports and price tickets as requested.

• Prepare retail promotions, including testing and communication with leadership and shops.

• Assist with period-end and year-end inventories for production and retail areas.

• Investigate causes of shrink and assist in reducing expenses involving shop transfers and mark-offs.

• Manage UPC assignments, purge obsolete records, and maintain accurate master files.

• Issue and log transfer and mark-off books.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas; report any mechanical problems promptly.

• Collaborate with Merchandise Division leadership and other departments to resolve issues.

• Handle customer credit card information in compliance with PCI Standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with inventory and POS systems preferred.

• Continuously communicate effectively with team members in person, by phone, and electronically.

• Frequently remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing computer and administrative work.

• Frequently operate a computer, calculator, telephone, and other office equipment.

• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift or move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.

• Frequently walk throughout office, retail, warehouse, and production areas.

• Occasionally push or pull carts or boxes containing inventory materials or supplies.

• Occasionally wear Personal Protective Equipment when needed.

Work Environment:

This position primarily works in a professional office environment using computers and standard office equipment for extended periods. Responsibilities also require regular interaction with retail locations, production areas, and warehouse environments to assist with inventory, promotions, and operational support. The role involves frequent collaboration with leaders and team members across multiple departments and requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Occasional exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and operational environments may occur when visiting retail or production locations.
