Requirements:

To be seriously considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing

• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in clinical practice/information technology preferred

• Licenses/Certification: RN license in the State of Colorado (or compact license) ACLS, BLS and PALS

• Required: Epic ClinDoc, Clinical Informatics or Epic Ambulatory (based on assigned domain)

• Preferred: Epic Orders

• Preferred: Epic Stork (Inpatient) or Epic Cadence/Prelude (outpatient) Epic Certification Expectations:

• Preferred: Epic Reporting (Clarity/Caboodle fundamentals) or other advanced Epic Certifications

Responsibilities:

We are committed to improving the health of our community by delivering exceptional care and services. As part of the team you will:

• Serve as the primary informatics resource for assigned inpatient or outpatient workflows

• Independently evaluate and validate clinical needs by engaging frontline staff and leaders

• Optimize nursing and ancillary workflows to support safe, efficient patient care

• Provides go-live, upgrade, and stabilization support for assigned clinical areas

• Develop and maintain user-facing policies, procedures, and tip sheets

• Proactively identifiy EHR documentation and workflow issues affecting quality and safety

• Maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders and frontline users

• Lead redesign of clinical workflows to improve safety, efficiency, throughput, and documentation quality

• Provide direct physician workflow optimization, including personalization, order sets, and note efficiency

• Partner with Medical Staff leadership to support adoption and standardization

• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Coding, and Billing to optimize documentation for charge capture and reimbursement

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: Days

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally (1-33%) Walking, crouching, squatting, stooping, stairs, lifting (0-20 lbs), carrying (0-20 lbs), pushing/pulling 20-50 lbs

Frequently (34-66%) Standing, sitting, change position, reaching, reach across midline, handling, pinching

Continuously (37-100%) must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance

Compensation: Exempt $1460.00/week - $2263.20/week, depending on experience.
