Full time, 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
The Accountable Care Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Accountable Care team within Population Health. This position is responsible for coordinating staff activities, monitoring productivity and performance, supporting quality and risk-adjustment initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of patient and practice-based workflows. The Supervisor works closely with the Director of Population Health and other Population Health teams to support organizational goals related to quality, preventive care, value-based care, and patient outcomes.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements, as appropriate.
Experience
• Three years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in physician practice operations, population health, quality improvement, or accountable care preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
