Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
Essential Functions
• Applies knowledge of cybersecurity policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a cyber‑secure enclave environment.
• Relies on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan, execute, and accomplish enclave‑level security objectives.
• Leads cybersecurity management and operations for assigned enclaves, systems, and sites.
• Analyzes customer requirements to develop product schedules, set milestones, manage on‑time delivery, and provide guidance on improving cyber policies, processes, and procedures.
• Manages POA&M items and maintains security documentation, authorization status, and continuous monitoring in eMASS.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of RMF, Computer Network Defense, and Vulnerability Management.
• Uses cybersecurity tools (ACAS, ESS, Tanium, SIEM, eMASS) to produce accurate reports and deliverables.
• Conducts comprehensive quality control reviews to maintain high standards across the project lifecycle.
• Develops and delivers executive‑level briefings for senior leadership.
• Trains and mentors IAM and IAT personnel with equal or lower certification levels, reporting to IAM III or government leadership on enclave operational requirements.
Required Education and Experience
• Education: Bachelors in STEM / Program Management / Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution with at least 5 Years of cyber management experience
• Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree in other than STEM / Cyber-related field with 7 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
• Acceptable alternative: Associates degree in STEM / Cyber-related field w/ 10 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
• IAM II Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
• eMASS Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
