Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, is seeking to hire Meeting Services Coordinator for our Dallas office. The Meeting Services Coordinator will set up and maintain conference rooms, pantries, and lunchrooms. Set up all beverages and food services for meetings in conference rooms. Order food service supplies for Conference Center, pantries and lunchrooms. Responsible for organization and presentation of all conference rooms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for organization and presentation of all conference rooms in the Dallas office.
• Monitors AskCody and coordinates with Receptionist regarding meeting schedules, ensuring high level support of the Conference Center.
• Sets up beverages and condiments for all meetings, as requested.
• Sets up and arranges presentation of food that has been delivered for meetings in conference rooms.
• Maintains inventory of food service and beverage items, ordering supplies from vendors as needed.
• Stocks and maintains all pantries, kitchens and lunchrooms.
• Confirms pantry equipment is operating properly, and contact vendors for service, as needed.
• Place food orders as needed.
• Assists with receptions and special events.
• Assists the Office Administrator with filling facility service requests from Members and personnel working closely with the Office Administrator as required following established guidelines/procedures.
• Serves as back-up for reception and performing other duties as assigned.
• Assists with other responsibilities as requested.
SPECIALIZED JOB FUNCTIONS
• Food presentation.
• Sanitary cleaning of food pantries and lunchrooms.
• Operation of coffee machines, dishwashing machines, ice machines, and other pantry equipment.
• Frequent lifting and transporting of materials which may weigh 15 pounds.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• High school diploma, equivalent educational training. Two years post-high school is preferred.
• Two to three years office experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Word or other word processing software required.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
• High degree of confidentiality regarding clients, guests, conversations, etc.

The offered salary will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
