How you will create impact:
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining application and infrastructure health across development and production environments.
• Support incident management activities, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Help develop and improve automation tools, scripts, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in system performance monitoring and recommend improvements to reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards, alerts, and observability solutions.
• Assist with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management initiatives.
• Collaborate with software developers to improve system reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Document operational procedures, technical processes, and system configurations.
To join our team:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of operating system fundamentals (Linux/Unix preferred).
• Basic programming or scripting experience using languages such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and load balancing.
• Interest in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
