About this role
In this role you will develop and foster hotel business through direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours of hotel. This is an advanced level position designed to lead a sales office in the solicitation of new and maintenance of existing transient, group, and meeting room business. It is a multi-property BTSM role. You are responsible for all sales/marketing and advertising tasks, public relations, and administrative reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth, market share, and overall hotel performance.
• Prospect, solicit, and secure new business while growing existing accounts through relationship-building, client engagement, and market networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with key corporate, group, tourism, and community partners to generate repeat business and identify new opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and hotel performance to identify opportunities, maximize revenue, and achieve sales goals.
• Partner with Revenue Management and hotel leadership to execute effective sales strategies, optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and maximize profitability.
• Conduct outside sales calls, hotel tours, and client presentations while representing the hotel at industry and community events.
• Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, account management, and compliance with sales processes and brand standards.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, fulfill client commitments, and support overall operational success.
Qualifications:
• Expert in selling to special corporate, wholesale and government transient segments.
• Understanding of extended stay hotels.
• Hilton and Marriott experience preferred.
• Jacksonville market experience required.
• Established Jacksonville relationships are key.

Pay Range: $87,000 - $110,000
