POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Under the direction of the materials supervisor, this position performs duties related to shipping

of product.

· Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.

· Prepares related documents.

· Maintains shipping/receiving area.

· Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.

· Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are

correctly fulfilled.

· Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.

· Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and

the associated bill of lading or invoice.

· Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory

matches the database logical inventory.

· Completing all legal formalities, procedures, and paperwork for receiving/shipping the goods.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work according to urgency.

· Must have excellent problem-solving skills.

· Inventory experience is preferred.

· Ability to count accurately.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have the ability to keep proper documentation and records.

· Must be able to promote and maintain a safe working environment.

· Must be able to follow company policies, procedures, and corresponding work instructions.

· Ability to operate MHE may be required in some facilities.

· Must be willing and able to learn material technician functions throughout the facility to ensure a

flexible, cross trained team.

· Excellent attendance and punctuality.

· Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Ability to work full-time with extra hours & weekends as required.

· Demonstrates technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
