Title: Salesforce Developer (Temporary Assignment)
Assignment Length: 6 months
Location: Milwaukee, WI
We're seeking a Salesforce Developer (3+ years of experience) to support our experienced Salesforce developer and help execute a growing backlog of platform enhancements. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys hands‑on development, and wants mentorship while contributing meaningful work.
You'll work across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Apex/LWC components. Experience with Tableau Next or modern analytics tooling is a bonus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
• Salesforce Development — Build and modify Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and flows.
• Platform Configuration — Create/update objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flow automation.
• Backlog Execution — Own small to medium development tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Bug Investigation — Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and deliver fixes.
• Release Support — Assist with deployments, version control, and environment coordination.
• Documentation — Maintain technical notes, change logs, and configuration documentation.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration — Work with admins, business teams, and analytics partners to understand requirements.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related fields from four-year College or University.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) (Required)
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Preferred / Plus)
Experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) and custom UI configuration.
• Understanding of basic integration concepts (REST APIs, Web-to-Case, Web-to-Lead).
• Experience with Git‑based version control.
• Exposure to Tableau Next or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling and reporting best practices.
• Ability to work in a sprint‑based, structured development environment.
