What You'll Do
As a Housekeeper, you'll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming home for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules
• Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community
• Completing minor repairs and other tasks as assigned
• Monitoring housekeeping, laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• Reporting supply needs and helping maintain appropriate inventory
• Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed
• Providing laundry services as needed
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the community
• Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
The ideal candidate:
• Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Is reliable and able to work independently
• Has strong attention to detail
• Enjoys interacting with older adults
• Provides friendly and professional customer service
• Works well as part of a team
• Is willing to learn and help wherever needed
