What You'll Do
The Repair Manager is responsible for managing all repair shop activities to ensure efficient and quality repair of guests' and DSG product, including In-shop, in-home, store and virtual.
Job Duties:
• Plan and manage all equipment repair, installation, and general upkeep activities.
• Inspect facilities and machinery regularly to find and fix issues before they cause breakdowns.
• Respond quickly to emergency repair requests or sudden equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance work, parts usage, and service costs.
Key Qualifications
• Hish school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Expert knowledge in technical and/or engineering support
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory control systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
