Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices are required to join as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedication and compassion, along with a person-centered, thoughtful approach to nursing, are key attributes.
