About the Role: As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for the calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of instrumentation and measuring systems. Your work will directly support our production and development test systems, ensuring they meet stringent quality and performance standards.
What You Will Do:
• Perform scheduled calibrations and verifications of instruments and systems using written procedures.
• Operate and maintain calibration equipment including power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, torque wrenches, load cells, thermo hygrometers and others,
• Troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation issues, collaborating with Test and Production Engineering teams.
• Install and integrate instrumentation into hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Analyze test results and adjust equipment to meet design specifications.
• Document calibration activities in compliance with quality and customer requirements.
• Develop calibration procedures for new equipment based on manufacturer guidelines and engineering input.
What You Will Need:
• Proven experience in calibration and instrumentation, ideally in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital pressure gauges, temperature controllers, thermocouples, flow meters, and electronic test systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency in using calibration standards and tools.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO/IEC 17025 and MSA.
• Soldering skills, SEP G1 electrical qualifications.
• Driving license.
