POSITION SUMMARY The AI Solutions Analyst owns AI use cases end to end — from intake and scoping through hands-on build, configuration, and delivery. The role designs, configures, and ships AI agents and Microsoft Copilot solutions against mapped business processes, then measures adoption and realized benefit. It partners with the Technology Governance & AI Intake Lead on prioritization and with the Information Manager on AI governance and data readiness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own AI use cases end to end — intake, scoping, build, configuration, delivery, and benefit measurement.
• Design, build, and configure AI agents and Microsoft Copilot solutions against mapped business processes.
• Translate business demand into working solutions; prototype rapidly and iterate with stakeholders.
• Establish baselines and measure adoption and realized efficiency after delivery.
• Partner with the Information Manager on AI governance, data readiness, and responsible-AI guardrails before shipping.
• Maintain solution documentation, prompt / configuration standards, and a reusable pattern library.
• Support evaluation of the AI toolchain and emerging agent platforms. FUNCTIONS OWNED AI Solution Delivery · Agent & Copilot Build and Configuration · Use-Case Scoping & Benefit Measurement · Responsible-AI Guardrails (in partnership with Information & Data Governance) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years in solutions / business analysis, technical product, or applied-AI delivery, including hands-on delivery of working solutions.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable LLM / agent platforms.
• Process mapping and requirements (BPMN or equivalent), plus the ability to turn them into working solutions.
• Rapid prototyping and iteration with business stakeholders.
• Data literacy for baselining, benefit measurement, and data-readiness assessment.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder-facing communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience shipping AI or automation into production in an enterprise (Power Platform, agent frameworks, RAG, or similar).
• Familiarity with responsible-AI governance and data classification.
• Media, entertainment, or agency context.
• Relevant credential (Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot, CBAP, or a cloud-AI certification).
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum: $105,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds) Hiring Rate Maximum: $140,000 annually
