Job Description
Visa Leadership Associate Program (VLA) The Visa Leadership Associate Program offers a unique development experience that enables high potential, early career talent to build a broad base of commercial capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career at Visa.
Our world-class programming will allow participants to build their network, understand our business, obtain a global mindset, and acquire new skills on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders!
The program is 24 months long during which VLA’s rotate on 4 different teams for 6 months at a time.
It follows a competency-based rotation model with the following required competencies: Financial & Data Acumen, Client Centricity, Product Development and Strategic Thinking.
Our VLAs will experience professional development weeks at the conclusion of each quarter. Workshops include: Authenticity, Advanced Excel, Professional Branding and more.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
• Candidates who are interested in gaining exposure to four different areas of the business before selecting a team to specialize in
• Less than two years of relevant work experience with either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• All majors encouraged to apply
• Permanent authorization to work in Japan is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.
