Área: Recursos Humanos Perfil Profesional: Psicóloga y/o carreras afines, con experiencia en talento humano, capacitación, selección, etc. Ingles: Intermedio o Avanzado Experiencia: Mínima de 2 años
Misiones principales: - Gestionar integralmente el ciclo de atracción y selección - Administrar el proceso de reclutamiento - Impulsar la participación en iniciativas corporativas y proyectos transversales - Ejecutar el proceso de capacitación - Ejecutar la estrategia de Gestión de Talento y desarrollo.
