Overview of the role; The successful candidate would have responsibility for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which could include, but is not limited to: lamp replacement; carpentry work; plumbing; painting; flooring; general facility repairs.

Role Responsibilities;

• Building Fabric - wall repairs, painting, ceiling/floor tiles - broken tiles, damaged vinyl, carpet tiles Wall mountings - whiteboards, snap frame.

• Carpentry Works – shelves, doors, furniture, storage units.

• Washroom Maintenance - taps, cisterns, toilet.

• Building audits - assisting with room set-ups, furniture movement.

• Permit to work and client procedures are strictly adhered to.

• Participate fully in all required on-site training.

• Ensure that all Veolia company procedures are adhered to and that quality standards are always maintained.

• Establish and develop opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services for the client.

Requirements for the role

• 5 + years' handyman or related experience

• Attention to detail Knowledge in many aspects of repair & maintenance work

• Ability to work alone and within a team
