Job summary Cygnet Group are looking for a confident and compassionate Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Amberwood, working days only.

Please note: This role is to cover maternity leave until December 2026, with the potential to become permanent depending on the needs of the service.

Your day-to-day as a Support Worker
Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs Report on medical & welfare needs as required Safeguard Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
