Career Overview
The Business & Fulfillment Operations Program Coordinator serves as a cross-functional coordination resource supporting the Business & Fulfillment Operations organization. This position provides project coordination, administrative support, reporting, documentation management, customer support, and operational support services across multiple functional teams including Business Operations, Order Fulfillment, Outside Plant (OSP), Professional Services, and partner broadband programs.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate departmental projects, service delivery activities, and operational initiatives across Business & Fulfillment Operations.
• Track project timelines, milestones, action items, and status updates while supporting leaders and project managers.
• Support customer onboarding, service activations, order processing, and customer experience initiatives.
• Provide overflow support for order inquiries, quotes, service requests, and customer communications.
• Maintain project documentation, records, repositories, and operational files utilizing Box and other business systems.
• Support workflow administration and coordination activities within Monday.com.
• Assist with administration and operational support activities within Camvio, COS Systems, and related OSS/BSS platforms as it relates to NoaNet Community Broadband
• Support operational processes and reporting activities associated with NetSuite and other business systems.
• Prepare operational, customer, project, and performance reports for leadership review.
• Assist with KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and business performance reporting.
• Coordinate recurring meetings, agendas, communications, and administrative activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation practices, reporting processes, and customer experience.
Education, Training, Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Two to five years of experience in telecommunications, operations, project coordination, customer support, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with Monday.com, Box, Camvio, COS Systems, NetSuite, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel as needed
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20+ pounds.
Working Conditions:
• Work is normally performed in an office environment with long periods of computer work.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
Driving Requirements
• Must maintain and possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
Location
• Remote home office located in the State of Washington.
Wage
• Wage range $75,800 - $105,000/yr DOE.
• This is a regular exempt position.
