Who you are
The School Program Coordinator/Site Lead will lead and manage the Program Management's routine functions responsible for the Passion For Life on-site team (at a designated school), outreach, on-site and virtual career development training management, logistics, and planning.
While this is an unpaid internship position, there are many exciting internal and external rewards to consider.

Your role
• Liaison by providing consistent communication with NPP and Career coaches, program operation department team members
• Assist with setting up training for Career Coaches to facilitate workshops
• Coordinate and manage virtual and on-site operations for workshops
• Facilitating and planning program service logistics.
• Internal liaison with team members to communicate cross-functionally to achieve operational excellence.
• External liaison with nonprofit partners
• Update and Develop program policies, procedures, and SOPs and create an operational manual.
• Develop KPIs to ensure operational goals are met and aligned
• Manage and execute on-site and virtual day-to-day operations for program services
• Participate in projects and work plan development and implement project tasks with established timelines and deliverables.
• Work with the Project manager to conduct and delegate tasks and set project deadlines in Asana
• Oversee and collaborate with program coordinators to conduct the daily workflow and day-to-day team operations to conduct workshops
• Work closely with program evaluation and instructional design teams to prepare and execute workshops.
• When questions and issues arise, support and guide the program management team ( program services), management, and other team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Your skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Nonprofit Management, Research development, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• Must be classified as a Junior or Senior
• Ability to maintain a high level of commitment, energy, enthusiasm, and patience when working with team members
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be comfortable facilitating meetings and presenting in organizational meetings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient with Google Workplace and Asana or related software
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s systems
Time Commitment: 10 hours a week based on a consistent schedule, during the school hours, approximately twice a week on-site presence.
