About this role
The property tax analyst should be organized, motivated, and be able to multitask. Candidates should work well with others, have a strong work ethic, able to communicate with co-workers and Clients by telephone, e-mail, and letter, and be professional in appearance and demeanor. Candidates should work well with little supervision.
This role is a hybrid position
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Data entry, including but not limited to, entering property tax id, property tax amounts, delinquent taxes, and general property and client information
• Researching Legal descriptions
• Managing our database of electronic client files, including filing documents timely and accurately
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data
• Providing daily support to departmental personnel as needed
• Researching exceptions with different jurisdictions
• Understanding Commercial Real Estate
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree - Business degree preferred
• 2 years office experience
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Solid computer and keyboarding skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
