About this role
o As an English-speaking early childhood educator (m/f/d), you are responsible for teaching English language and culture across the seven areas of learning: language, psychomotor skills, music, mathematics, science, social development, and creative development. o Together with your German-speaking colleague, you will develop educational programs and monthly plans, assess the children’s individual developmental levels through observation, and devise appropriate support measures. o You will participate in regular team meetings and be involved in the ongoing implementation and evaluation of the Thuringian curriculum. o You will work from 7:30 a.m. to 3:40 p.m., depending on the schedule, and in addition to your group, you will also be responsible for other children during the afternoon shift.
