We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented welder to join our manufacturing team. Previous Welding experience is essential along with a hunger to learn and grow with the business. Work is day-shift with some evenings and weekends required to meet business goals. Comprehensive, and generous benefits! As part of the Manufacturing team, a welder is responsible for the fabrication and welding of both production and new product prototypes in a safe and effective manner through the effective use of tools, assembly equipment, fixtures & material handling equipment. Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding specifications, and SOPs. Must be proficient in MIG and Arc welding, along with fabrication and set-up processes. Set-up, operate and maintain machinery and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, zip discs, band saw, etc. Prepare metal to be powder coated or painted. Maintain clean and safe work area. Working independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Comply with all Health & Safety related policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Support other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned.
