ABOUT THE TEAM Talent Acquisition sits at the heart of Mercedes-Benz.io's reinvention journey. As MB.io evolves into an AI-native organization, the team helps build the workforce of the future by attracting, identifying, and enabling the capabilities needed for our next chapter, while supporting both external hiring and internal talent mobility. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and align on interview and assessment criteria. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate relationship management, and offer coordination, while delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Identify current and future capability needs across the business , particularly in AI, software engineering, product, and digital domains, helping shape workforce and hiring strategies. Drive Talent Acquisition as an AI-enabled discipline by leveraging automation, AI-powered talent intelligence, and analytics to improve candidate quality, hiring speed, and overall recruitment outcomes. Support internal mobility, reskilling, and talent transformation initiatives , helping employees transition into future-focused opportunities and career paths.
