The lab’s mission focuses on advancing artificial intelligence and related fields to benefit the company and society. Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving. About the job Conduct research on AI agents, LLMs, VLMs, code generation, and multimodal AI, with a focus on novel and impactful research problems. Design and develop GUI agents and coding agents for web, mobile, and computer-use environments. Develop and investigate new approaches for SFT, reinforcement learning, agent training, tool use, and function calling. Build research prototypes, datasets, training pipelines, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks to validate new ideas. Conduct rigorous experiments and analyze results to advance the state of the art. Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate research ideas into practical systems and technologies. Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals and communicate results through technical presentations and publications. Translate research ideas and prototypes into practical, product-ready technologies, working closely with engineering and product teams. The targeted annual total compensation for this position ranges from $127,000 to $225,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
