Requirements: Experience working closely with, or within, pension administration, customer services or contact centre environments.A track record of identifying and delivering service improvements.Ability to configure pension administration software or other business applications.Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, persuade and challenge constructively.Excellent analytical and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong Microsoft Office and process mapping capabilities.Experience of analysing, documenting and improving processes.Ability to articulate business requirements and support system configuration. Responsibilities: Support the effective operation, development and ongoing enhancement of our pension administration systems and member services applications.Work closely with operational teams, IT colleagues and external software providers to understand business challenges.Triage system issues and deliver system enhancements.Identify opportunities to improve processes and functionality.Analyse business requirements and translate operational needs into system solutions.Support the configuration, testing and implementation of changes.Support system releases and manage environment controls.Maintain system stability.Keep stakeholders informed throughout the change lifecycle.Investigate complex issues, assess risks and recommend practical improvements that enhance efficiency, automation and customer experience.
