Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements: We require 5+ years of experience in technology roles, ideally across Financial Services, Insurance, or another regulated environment.We are looking for experience across a combination of data, applications, cloud, integration, or security.We need a good understanding of data architecture, including data modelling, integration, governance, visualisation, and migration.Exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent is expected.Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working at the intersection of business and technology, translating business challenges into practical technology solutions, is required.Familiarity with industry platforms such as Guidewire, Sapiens, Duck Creek, FNZ, SS&C, Pershing, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics would be highly desirable.We want someone with an interest in AI/GenAI, automation, and modern data platforms and how they can improve technology delivery and client outcomes.You must be comfortable working with clients, suppliers, and wider delivery teams.Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally is required. Responsibilities: We help shape and deliver enterprise and solution architecture across Insurance and Financial Services.We develop current-state, target-state, roadmap, and transition architecture.We work across applications, integration, data, AI, cloud, and cyber security.We design solutions that address complex business and technology challenges.We produce high-quality architecture outputs including data integration designs, automation workflows, cloud strategy, and proof-of-concepts.We act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions align with genuine business needs.We work directly with senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.We contribute to industry thought leadership, internal knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives.We support and mentor more junior colleagues while helping develop the wider architecture capability.
