Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Some practical experience or a strong interest in Python, SQL, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams.Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, whether professionally, academically or through personal projects.A STEM graduate.Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate straightforward issues, while knowing when to escalate more complex technical or security concerns.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, particularly when supporting colleagues and explaining technical processes in simple terms.A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology, with the appetite to learn and develop quickly. Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of practical AI and automation solutions that improve how teams across the business work.Work on automated workflows, AI assistants and Copilot agents.Build, test and improve solutions used by colleagues across the organisation.Work across Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, Claude, SharePoint and Teams.Develop further into areas such as Python, SQL, APIs, Databricks and AI agents.
