Requirements: Strong Unit4 backend/client knowledge and understanding of Unit4 data structuresExperience investigating data issues and determining required corrections, dispositions, or business decisionsAbility to work with Finance, HR, Payroll, supplier-management, project, and other data ownersExperience maintaining auditable records of corrections, approvals, unresolved exceptions, and supporting evidenceAbility to escalate items requiring policy interpretation, ownership confirmation, or wider business decisionsExperience providing regular progress, risk, dependency, and exception reportingAbility to protect data confidentiality and comply with information-security and access-control requirementsAbility to work in a hybrid London-based roleExperience operating inside IR35 and through an umbrella company Responsibilities: Work systematically through cleansing workbooks and the prioritised exception backlogInvestigate underlying Unit4 records to determine required corrections, dispositions, or business decisionsEngage Business Units and named data owners to validate decisions and obtain evidence of approvalApply agreed corrections where authorised, or document required changes for controlled implementationResolve migration rejects caused by source-data quality issues, retesting or providing evidence of resolution as appropriateMaintain an auditable record of corrections, decisions, approvals, unresolved exceptions, and supporting evidenceEscalate items requiring policy interpretation, ownership confirmation, or wider business decisionsProvide regular progress, risk, dependency, and exception reporting to the hiring manager and programme governanceOwn day-to-day progression of the assigned cleansing backlog and keep records currentCoordinate efficiently with Finance, HR, Payroll, supplier-management, project, and other relevant data ownersDistinguish technical corrections from decisions that require business ownership or policy approvalProtect data confidentiality and comply with organisational information-security and access-control requirementsRaise risks early where timescales, access, ownership, data quality, or decision delays threaten the DM-2 objectiveWork collaboratively with the ERP programme, migration team, and Business Units without displacing data-owner accountability Technologies: BackendERPSupportSecurity More:
