Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: At least 3 years experience managing, operating and changing IT infrastructures, ideally within organisations supporting around 25–500 users.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A logical and structured approach to problem solving.Excellent organisation and time-management skills.The ability to prioritise and work under our own initiative.Experience managing projects and communicating with stakeholders.Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.Proven experience supporting Windows-based networks.A full UK driving licence.Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Workstations.Experience with virtualisation.Experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi and broadband networking.Experience with backup platforms.Experience working within an IT support company or MSP environment.Experience with Microsoft, Citrix, Sophos, Cisco or Veeam technologies.Relevant qualifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft/vendor certifications or a successful IT apprenticeship would be welcomed. Responsibilities: Support and manage Windows-based IT infrastructures.Provide technical support across PCs, networks, switches and servers.Support Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services.Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.Deliver infrastructure changes and projects.Manage projects, risks and stakeholder expectations.Work directly with clients and build trusted relationships.Apply best-practice solutions across different IT environments.Work independently while knowing when to draw on the wider team.
