Salary: £125,000 - 145,000 per year

WeDo is partnering with a high growth AI startup building an agentic AI platform designed to solve complex, real world problems across global enterprise operations. The business is at an exciting stage of its journey, with foundations already in place, customers using the technology, and the engineering team scaling both the platform and the systems behind it. This is a hybrid role based in Central London, with 3 to 4 days per week onsite, offering up to £145,000 base plus equity. You will join a highly technical engineering team working across AI, distributed systems, enterprise data and performance engineering, with genuine ownership and close involvement in product, customers and technical decisions.
