Requirements: We are looking for someone with knowledge, skills and understanding from working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.We want confidence using related Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 and SharePoint.You may also have knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, Azure Logic Apps or housing systems.We value your willingness to share skills and knowledge, collaborate and keep improving how we work.You should have technical knowledge, curiosity and clear communication skills. Responsibilities: Work alongside our technology partners to support the successful delivery of our CRM project.Develop Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet business needs and support better ways of working.Collaborate with Digital, ICT, Business Change and colleagues across the organisation to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions.Support testing, user acceptance activity and the introduction of new features or improvements.Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and help improve platform performance and stability.Translate requirements into well-designed solutions.Document developments clearly so they are easy to support, improve and build on in the future. We are hiring a CRM Developer on an 18 month fixed term contract to help shape, support and improve our Microsoft Dynamics platform as we continue developing how CRM is used across the business. This role sits within our Digital Team and works closely with our technology partners, ICT colleagues and business stakeholders.
