Requirements: 3 years of experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration3 years of experience supporting Windows 10/11Ability to reliably commute to Stockport five days per week Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line IT support by managing and responding to tickets in our internal helpdesk system, resolving issues within agreed service levels and acting as a point of escalation for less experienced colleaguesSet up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, including PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and other peripheralsSupport new starters and leavers, including preparing and issuing equipment, creating and disabling user accounts, and recovering hardware, working with hiring managers and the Wellbeing TeamAdminister Microsoft 365 and Entra ID day to day, including user accounts, licences, group membership, shared mailboxes, and device enrolmentMaintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventories, and provide the Finance Team with the information needed for purchases and renewalsAssess and recommend hardware upgrades or replacements to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityHelp keep colleague devices secure and up to date by applying updates and patches in line with our IT policyHandle company and customer data appropriately at all times, following our information security and data protection policies and our obligations as an FCA-regulated businessSupport colleagues across all departments by offering guidance on how to use IT systems and tools effectively, including our AI tools such as ClaudeContribute to IT documentation and knowledge base articles so that common issues can be resolved quickly and consistentlyLiaise with external vendors and support providers to progress hardware repairs, warranty claims, and third-party issues through to resolutionContribute to IT projects and improvement work, such as hardware refreshes, system rollouts, and office moves, taking ownership of defined workstreamsProvide occasional practical support with office moves and workstation changes, including assembling, relocating, or dismantling desks and equipment Technologies: AIHardwareSupportLESSMicrosoft 365SecurityWindowsOffice 365 More:
