Salary: £45,000 - 73,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an autonomous individual with excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with individuals at all levels of the organisation.We need a solid Salesforce Administration background, ideally ADM201 certified.We need experience in PSA, which is beneficial.We require excellent organisational skills and the ability to run processes to meet deadlines, prioritise work, and judge when to escalate.We need someone who is a quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment, working between technology teams and a business team.We need strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and activities.We need strong attention to detail.We require 3 years of solid Salesforce Administration experience, ideally ADM 201 certified.We need Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.We need experience of Platform and PSA.We need business analysis experience, including user requirements gathering and analysis.We need experience managing the platform with the ability to build fields, custom objects, process builders, workflows, and complex reports. Responsibilities: We own the Peerpoint Salesforce roadmap and backlog, translating business goals into a quarterly delivery plan aligned with IT strategy and governance.We lead end-to-end Salesforce administration and configuration, including user and access management, page and layout design, fields, validation rules, security model, and data model.We act as product owner and functional lead for enhancements and projects, facilitating requirements capture, process design, and impact assessment across multiple jurisdictions.We prioritise and deliver changes through controlled release management, using sandboxes and DevOps tooling, and ensuring testing and documentation are completed.We create, enhance, and maintain automation primarily using Flow, and remediate technical debt by retiring legacy Process Builder and Workflow where appropriate.We define and maintain data quality, reporting, and dashboard standards for leadership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adoption.We proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with InfoSec policies, data protection, and platform standards, and contribute to quarterly IT risk reviews.We manage and coordinate external vendors and contractors, setting expectations and tracking deliverables and SLAs.We partner with enterprise teams to design and manage integrations with A&O Shearman systems, ensuring reliability and performance.We drive user enablement and adoption through training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.We provide tier-3 support and root-cause analysis of complex issues.We monitor platform health and usage, establish KPIs, and continuously improve processes and performance. We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Product Owner to join our IT Team, based in our Belfast office. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and engage confidently with stakeholders across the organisation. This role sits within our CRM functional administration space and offers the chance to shape our Salesforce platform, drive adoption, improve processes, and support delivery across the business. Experience in Sales Cloud, Platform, and PSA is beneficial, and we work closely with enterprise teams, external vendors, and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
