Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Experience designing and delivering technology trainingStrong Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience supporting technology adoption, digital transformation or change programmesAn understanding of AI and its business applicationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work with people at all levelsExcellent organisation and problem-solving skillsA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging technology training to colleagues with varying levels of technical abilityWork closely with the IT team and wider business to help users adopt new technology and make the most of existing systemsDesign and deliver classroom, remote and one-to-one technology trainingCreate user guides, training materials, videos and quick reference guidesSupport the rollout and adoption of new technology and digital initiativesDeliver training around Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and ExcelSupport AI adoption and help colleagues understand its practical applicationsDeliver cybersecurity, phishing and technology awareness trainingWork alongside IT and business stakeholders on digital transformation and change initiativesAdapt training to suit different audiences and learning stylesTravel between multiple offices as required Technologies: AIExcelSupportMicrosoft 365Office 365 More:
We are a well-established organisation offering a full-time IT Trainer role based across Torquay, Newton Abbot and Exeter, with local travel required and travel covered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people get the most out of technology and wants to play a key role in transformation, IT adoption and AI technology across a growing organisation.
