Requirements: Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC Framework.Strong experience developing with jQuery and SQL Server.Good experience with .NET 10.Strong knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Expert use of ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.Experience troubleshooting web applications in production.Understanding of MVC architecture, session management, authentication, and authorization.Expertise in SQL and relational databases.Experience with debugging tools, application logs, and performance analysis.Good incident-management and communication skills.5 to 8 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC Framework application development or application support.Experience supporting enterprise applications in production.Experience working in ITIL-based support environments. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support.Analyse and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application defects.Troubleshoot issues across the presentation, business, data-access layers, and database.Support applications developed using ASP.NET MVC Framework, .NET 10, jQuery, and SQL Server.Investigate application logs, stack traces, database issues, and integration failures.Perform root-cause analysis and prepare permanent fixes or workarounds.Develop minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.Support REST-based integrations and troubleshoot API-related issues.Collaborate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams.Participate in incident, problem, and change-management related meetings and processes.Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.Participate in on-call or shift-based support, if required.
