Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience in a 1st Line Support, IT Support Technician or Service Desk role.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a structured manner.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to support. Responsibilities: Deliver first-line technical support to users across the business.Log, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues relating to hardware, software and business applications.Support users both remotely and onsite, ensuring a high level of customer service.Escalate more complex incidents where required whilst maintaining ownership of tickets.Assist with device setup, deployment and user onboarding activities.Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to maintain stable and efficient IT services.Contribute to documentation, system improvements and IT best practices.
