Requirements: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.Strong understanding of D365 CRM, including workflows, entities, security models, customer engagement processes, integrations, and related ecosystem components.Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at all levels.Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business analysis methodologies.Experience supporting UAT and change initiatives.Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple business functions.Analyse and document current and future business processes.Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and business documentation.Translate business needs into clear Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications.Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies.Work closely with solution architects, developers, and test teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.Ensure solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and best practice CRM processes. We are supporting a leading organisation within the property and real estate sector on a major CRM and business transformation programme. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week, and is offered as a 9-12 month contract with a flexible start date in October 2026.
