Requirements: Active SC Clearance.Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Intune.Strong commercial experience with Windows Autopilot.Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Experience supporting large-scale laptop deployment and refresh projects.Strong L3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Minimum 3 years of experience in endpoint engineering, with 5+ years desirable.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in secure, customer-facing environments.We require active sole citizenship of one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Italy, or Japan. Responsibilities: Assist with the build, configuration, and rollout of laptop devices.Manage and support endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.Provide 3rd Line (L3) support for endpoint-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve complex device, authentication, and configuration problems.Support device provisioning, enrolment, compliance, and lifecycle management activities.Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes. We are supporting a major endpoint deployment and support programme for Edgewing. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on laptop build, deployment, endpoint management, and advanced troubleshooting within a highly secure environment. The role is based in Reading, onsite Monday to Friday, on a 6-month contract starting ASAP, with a rate of up to £635 per day inside IR35/Umbrella.
