Salary: £40,174 - 43,236 per year
Requirements: Strong experience in application support, administration and service improvement.Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or similar low-code technologies.Knowledge of cloud and on-premises applications and hybrid infrastructure.Experience with system integrations, data management and troubleshooting.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.Experience with NEC solutions would be advantageous but is not essential. Responsibilities: Take technical ownership of key business applications, including revenues and benefits systems.Support application administration, configuration, testing, integrations, data migration and continuous improvement.Work closely with suppliers, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.Support service transformation and help improve and transform digital services.
