Salary: £42,000 - 79,000 per year
Requirements: Hands-on background as a solar installer, electrician, field technician, or field support, with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing, field-based role.Strong electrical knowledge, supported by professional electrical qualifications.Practical, diagnostic mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and hardware issues remotely.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable using ticketing systems.Confident representing us on-site when required.Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.Full UK driving licence for occasional UK site visits.LV electrical installation experience preferred.BS 7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred. Responsibilities: Review single-line diagrams, system designs, and plans prior to installation.Provide installers with training and key tips to ensure successful delivery.Diagnose on-site issues and communicate professionally and calmly with installers by phone.Coordinate repairs and meticulously log all details of support cases.Manage, prioritise, and document incoming technical support requests within our ticketing system.Ensure field issues are tracked, analysed, and resolved within established SLAs.
