Requirements: Must have technical experience in mechanical, diagnostics and repair within the automotive industry.Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette.Ability to analyse information effectively and provide clear guidance to customers.Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.United Kingdom work authorisation is required.
