Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements: Previous experience as an IT Support Manager, IT Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar leadership roleExperience managing IT services within a medium or large multi-site environment, ideally within the education sectorStrong people management, coaching and performance management skillsGood understanding of ITIL service management, including incident, change and problem managementStrong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune and wider IT infrastructureExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with people at all levelsFull driving licence and willingness to travel between sites Responsibilities: Lead and develop IT support services across multiple sites, ensuring a high-quality and consistent serviceManage, coach and develop a team of IT support professionals, overseeing performance, resource planning and service deliveryMonitor ticketing, service levels and escalations whilst identifying opportunities to reduce recurring issues and improve processesWork with senior technical teams to deliver infrastructure improvements, technology projects and wider transformation initiativesProvide technical oversight across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and other core technology platformsBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on service performance, risks and improvement plansRegular travel between sites required Technologies: Active DirectoryAzureSupportITILMicrosoft 365Office 365Cloud More:

We are a well-established organisation based in North London / Multi-Site, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Manager, IT Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager to join us in a leadership role. We are investing in our technology function and are looking for someone to take ownership of day-to-day IT service delivery while driving improvements across support, systems and processes. Reporting into our IT Director, you will oversee IT support services across a portfolio of sites and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure services are reliable, responsive and continually improving. The role offers a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus 25 days holiday and pension.
