Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year
Requirements: Substantial experience implementing and designing Docusign solutions within large or complex organisationsExperience with Docusign eSignature implementation and solution designExperience with Docusign APIs and enterprise integrationsExperience with workflow and process automationExperience with enterprise application integrationExperience with authentication, permissions and securityExperience with solution architecture and technical designExperience with Docusign CLM and/or Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) would be advantageousAbility to operate as the Docusign authority within a programmeAbility to understand business requirements, challenge existing approaches, and recommend better uses of Docusign Responsibilities: Act as the Docusign subject matter expert within the programmeAssess the current Docusign environment, architecture, integrations and workflowsIdentify limitations, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve platform usage across the businessDesign Docusign solutions around business and customer requirementsConfigure and optimise workflows, templates, permissions and authenticationDesign and support integrations between Docusign and other enterprise applicationsWork with Docusign APIs and associated integration technologiesAdvise on platform governance, security, scalability and best practiceIdentify opportunities for automation and simplification of existing processesDefine appropriate solution and target-state architectureProvide hands-on specialist support through implementation and delivery Technologies: IAMSupportSecurity More:
We are supporting a major integration and transformation programme within a leading UK financial services organisation. We have an established Docusign environment and are looking for deep platform expertise to review how Docusign is currently being used, identify opportunities to improve its application across the business, and design and implement more effective solutions. This role sits at the centre of the programme, working across technology and business teams to shape and deliver a better Docusign capability across our enterprise environment.
