We are a market-leading, highly regulated organisation offering a newly created Data Engineering Manager role in a hybrid working setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This is a genuine player-coach opportunity with a roughly 60/40 split between hands-on engineering and leadership, giving you ownership of a growing data function while remaining actively involved in technical delivery.
